My name is Gemira Scott. I’m a senior at Jacksonville State University, majoring in Communication with a focus on Broadcasting and minoring in Sociology. I’m currently seeking a broadcasting internship at a reputable news station because I’m passionate about pursuing a career in journalism. Storytelling has always been a strong interest of mine, and I believe an internship in news will give me the hands-on experience I need to grow and sharpen my skills.
